About SpeedBashert

SpeedBashert is an online matchmaking platform for serious Jewish singles who want to meet someone for marriage, and for the matchmakers who help them get there. Instead of endless swiping, every single builds one detailed profile covering background, observance, lifestyle and values, then answers a personality questionnaire about real-life situations. That combined picture is what our compatibility scoring compares, so the suggestions people receive are based on substance rather than a photo.

Singles choose an experienced matchmaker from our directory, review ratings from other members, and receive personally curated proposals. Both sides see the information that matters, respond in their own time, and keep their contact details private until a match is confirmed. Matchmakers get tools for browsing verified profiles, sending proposals, tracking responses, scheduling meetings and following up, all in one place. An optional premium membership adds unlimited proposals and a personal AI shidduch advisor that helps refine what someone is looking for.

The platform is built for the Orthodox and traditional Jewish community, with profiles that respect the way shidduchim are actually done: introductions through a person, careful privacy, and information shared with intention rather than at random.

SpeedBashert is built and maintained by the SpeedBashert team in Monsey, New York, and operates under the rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Chaim Schabes of Knesses Yisroel.
